It is drizzling again on our way to Maratua Island and even more worse, our compass is broken as a big ship pass by and we couldn't see anything as it is very cloudy with a big wave. But our boat driver keep calm and try to find something to measure our position because he believe we are close to the island already only we couldn't see anything. And what a strange is we don't have any fear as all, maybe because our boat driver also looks very calm.
After sometime we finally see something looks like an island, he confirm that t is Kakaban island so Maratua island is just next to this island and we can continue our journey to Maratua, and here we are.

The rain falling again when when are at Maratua island so we have to wait again, the weather really not kind to us today. We wait for about half an hour and then continue to our first snorkeling spot which is soo pretty. We spent about an hour in this spot, enjoying its beauty and really there is no words is good enough to express it.
The next place we visit is Kakaban island, the famous Kakaban lake with its stingless jellyfish, so let's we go swimming with jellyfish. The lake is about 10 minutes walk from the beach and we have to pay entry fee about Rp. 10.000/person to get in but it is worthed as they take care of it well.

We rushing to Sangalaki island to meet Mr. Manta Ray, the giant ray. The sea water is awesome, it is like a mirror. You could see anything underneath, the big fish swimming, the coral...it is really magnificient. There are many manta when we arrive, they swimming arround and some friends which arrive earlier swimming following the manta. It is so big, some of them is about 7 metres witdh and it looks scary too if you are too close but it is not dangerous.

We went to Sangalaki beach after playing with Mr Manta and friends. The beach is nice with white sand and very quite. The last stop before going back to homestay is Gosong island, but unfortunately it is a bit late, so the sand island is almost gone.

Eventhough we didn't start it well, but the ending is great. Nothing could change our experience in this island, our private island during the trip.
